The Akashic Records or The book of Life contains information about your soul. Every thought we think, every word we say and every action we take for all the lives we’ve had, have and will have, are all stored in your Akashic Records. Our souls are energy that cannot be destroyed, it is with us forever, the only thing that changes is our physical body.
When our soul decides to experience a human life, with the help of our Spirit Guides, Angels and loved ones, we, choose the lessons that we want to learn, our purpose in life and any other major events we wish to experience for our souls spiritual growth. We also choose our family and friends, for we All help each other with our lessons. We do, however, always have free will which can sometimes steer you off your path.
